His paintings became known and one of his art work is the Spoliarium.  Juan would be reinstated as a world-renowned artist and Peuple et Rois, his last major work, was acclaimed as the best entry to the Saint Louis World's Fair in St. Louis, Missouri .  But some his paintings was destroyed during the world war.      One of his painting is the "Portrait of Pas Pardo de Tavera" but it was changed into "Portrait of a lady" because they believed that the paint is cursed because whoever owns it receive bad luck that's why they just gave it to the museum.        The inspiration of my work is the 20th century art movement - Pop art. Pop art is a style of art based on simple and bold images of everyday items. It is used for  consumer product labels and packaging, photos of celebrities, comic strips, and animals. When you think about it, Pop art is just a simple kind of art but it is very important because it  sought to connect fine  art  with the masses and involved using imagery that ordinary people could recognize and relate to.      I used fast food products which are soda, doughnut, and a hotdog that everyone can recognize and relate to.
